Here I am again..... only 6 months after my last blog...do u guys seeing a pattern here?

About a week and a half ago....I fell while rollerblading over a bump. My wrist was crushed. The arm was basically 'Z' shaped. I wish I took a picture of it. But I guess when your in shock, a picture is the last thing u think about. I was rushed to the ER in an ambulance. The docs pulled the bone straight and gave me a temporary cast.

Now I'm just awaiting surgery...only 5 more hrs to go. The docs are gonna straighten out the bone again (cuz it's growing crooked) and screw a metal plate to the bone to hold it in place...so I no longer need a cast. I'm quite happy about that! The cast is quite unbearable.

Even though it's a minor surgery ... I can't help but worry. Anyhow...I'll post the After pic soon.

Before operation. only week and a half after the accident.... one forearm is noticeably smaller than the other already.

this is where i'm heading guys! you like? it's where my parents had their honeymoon. and where crouching tiger, hidden dragon was filmed... the part where they walking on water... at a place call "emerald lake" no time to write... gotta make this brief. ..boarding the 10pm train...arrival time 9am.... yup sleeping on the nasty train. hiking for 2 days by myself. plz pray for me...with my luck i need all the help that i can get.

dot dot dot... such crappy weather, and to think i was suppose to go camping this weekend! now i'm jus sitting at home with the worstestestest hang-over everer, which totally ruined my plans for painting my furniture and installing the second rear speaker in my car. so... i shall post up my pics from the trip and tell u about how my presence cursed the whole trip. Here they are. enjoy!

BECAUSE I'M CURSED:

Because I'm cursed... the bastard at American customs detained us for doing what we were told to do.

Because I'm cursed... we got a speeding ticket, even when all the cars around us were going faster than us.

Because I'm cursed... we lost a tire.

Because I'm cursed... the weather was cold in Cali and hot in Van... and vice versa when we got back (and still crappy weather).

Because I'm cursed... we got lost countless times.

Because I'm cursed.... I lost my wallet in Carl's Jr and wasted precious time looking for it, while i could have been having a blast in disneyland.

Because I'm cursed... I bought an Abercrombie shirt with a hole in it.

I WANT TO CRY!!

10th time not getting a cellphone and counting...

Took Dennis to his daycamp interview today. That guy was in there for 35mins... and it was only a 15 min interview... i was getting so anxious jus waiting there... i felt like a soccer MOM.. I feel so old! But i think he did pretty well... he told me his answers and i was sooooo impressed! I guess being at Emily really helps u bullshit your way out of tough situations. i'm so proud of my lil boy!!

I'm poooooppppppped!!! (and very broke)

Homework for monday and tuesday classes:

- Ceramics: Plate, bowl and cup (havnt started)
- Drawing: Storyboard (thinking of handing in the one from last semester)
- Art History: Research paper presentation (havnt started)
- English: Research paper (havnt started)
- 3D Design: 10 molded forms using different materials. (beginning)

I'm doing:

1) cement $2
2) resin (orange)...went all the way to Port Moody today to do learn how to mix resin with Dennis and Clive....it's gonna take days to dry!! and deadline is tuesday!!! When we got back to Van. I realized I left my bag there... so we had to go all the way back!
3) resin (clear) with marbles inside..or maybe pennies. pretty pricey stuff... 4L is $40...At Revy we spent $160 total between the three of us on supples today for the stupid project..
4) chocolate.. yum (black with white swirls) $10
5) lint (btw...anybody have some?? I need a lot!!! only found a hand full digging threw my garbage)
6) plaster $4
7) wax $2
8) paper pulp and glue $15
9) newspaper+paper mache
10) saulder + tin foil $5
11) Rubber baby!! $15
12) Spray foam $10
13) Jello $2

FYI.. jus added an 3 extra materials just incase the orange resin doesnt dry in time... and knowing me...i'll most definately screw something!!!

Welll .. this weekend it's back to my old routine .... no money ....no life... no sleep... basically a slave to art.....i just realized something... i think i'm turning into an artist!!!
